Representative Responsibilities:

  • Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and other ODS team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed ODS metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
  • Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.


Representative Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • More education or experience may be preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Proficiency with computers, and strong typing skills.
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
  • Strong time management and decision making skills.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
  • Fluency in English language

02. Product Specialist

Job Description: The Product Specialist is responsible for the product planning & execution throughout the product lifecycle, including

  • Gathering & prioritizing product & customer requirements
  • Working closely with the backend, sales, marketing & operations unit to ensure revenue & customer satisfaction goals are met.

 Product Specialist is expected to:

  • Adding minimum 5 new clients to database
  • Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Suggest ways to improve sales
  • Maintain Daily Sales Report/DSR and keep updating the database
  • Maintain the product timelines and coordinate with the respective teams to ensure effective services.
  • Brand building activities like planning the participation in dental events, organizing the workshops & CDE programs within dental colleges/local dental organizations etc.


  • Willing to travel, if required
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Fluent in English and local language
