1) ODS Aligners are orthodontic appliances and to be used by or under continuous supervision of orthodontist trained in clear aligner therapy. Any opinion or suggestion given by any experts of ODS Aligners should be clinically & radiologically correlated and final decision should be made by the treating doctor. Orthodontic Solutions (P) Ltd does not take any responsibility of the outcomes of any suggestion made by its experts. The final decision of implementation of any procedure or auxiliaries or protocol is of the treating doctor only.
2) The VDS or Virtual diagnostic Set-Up is for demonstration purpose only and the final outcomes may vary. The VDS is merely a set-up made as per the guidelines received from the clinician (via phone, WhatsApp, email etc.) and should not be considered a treatment plan given by team ODS. The clinician on his/her sole responsibility approves the set-up after carefully evaluating the VDS.
3) The actual treatment plan & selection of package (Per Tray/Flexi/Prime/Elite) is determined by the treating doctor. Final package selected will be the one which is mentioned on the Invoice/Proforma Invoice or final email sent by accounts (any other telephonic or whatsapp chats will not be taken into consideration). Do evaluate the patient for oral habits & bruxism or other parafunctional habits before approval. Any changes in plan after fabrication is done or aligner breakage due to bruxism will not be considered for refabricating and charges will apply.
4) Auxiliaries (TAD's, elastics, buttons/power-arm, distalizers etc.) may be required for complex/less predictable movements like rotations, intrusion, up-righting, distalizations, extrusions, mesialization etc. and are to be decided by the treating clinician. For cross bite & deep bite cases, bite has to be raised by placing bite blocks/turbo. Kindly evaluate for any type of tooth lag during routine examination & follow-up of the patient every 6 to 8 weeks and incorporate the necessary auxiliary as per requirement.

5) Reboot Policy: As per ODS policy, all aligners are sent at once (if complete payment at time of approval. If at time of approval only a token amount is given then only initial few aligners are sent). If the clinician opts to take aligners in phases ONLY then the clinician gets the option to reboot the case. Intra oral scan, if needed, will be charged. If any additional tray is needed due to patient non-compliance or lapse from the clinician to do necessary procedure (like IPR, proper placement of attachments or auxiliary) will be charged additional.
6) Kindly order for fabrication of next batch the day patient begins with last aligner of the existing batch (if aligners being shipped in batches). The time taken for fabrication of next batch will be 7-10 working days from day request for fabrication is received. Before ordering for next batch, kindly evaluate the fit of the last aligner, progress of the case & whether all attachments intact (as re-fabrication will be charged if the progress or fit is of last aligner is found otherwise)
7) Intra oral scanning service charges has to be paid each time the service is requested (irrespective of the reason). The company does not provide the scan files to the doctor as the charges are for service provided & not for the scan itself.
8) To check if the patient is allergic, doctor can order a paid starter aligner before ordering for complete aligner fabrication.
9) Shipping Policy: All shipping will be from production to doctor's clinic or any address with India, provided it is not at remote location. Remote location shipping or expedite shipping or porter shipping or international shipping will be additional (irrespective of the reason),
10) Payment Terms: 100% advance payment to begin fabrication.
11) Cancellation: There will be no cancellation or refund or adjustment once a plan is approved & initial aligners are fabricated. If patient is found allergic to the material or decides to opt out of treatment due to any reason, there will be no refund or adjustment. If the doctor decides to opt for aligners in batches for Flexi or Standard packages, it will solely be his/her responsibility to discuss the payment terms with the patient, as ODS will bill the doctor for the complete package. If the doctor fails to make payment as per the agreed terms, ODS reserves the right to cancel the case. 12) If the client fails to make payment as per agreed terms, ODS reserves the right to cancel the case or change the category from Flexi/Premium/Elite to Per tray basis (@ INR 1,680/tray) and settle the account as per the services availed like treatment planning (@ INR 7,500+GST), scanning service fee etc. A case once cancelled or closed will be taken as a fresh case, if same is submitted later.
13) Prices are subject to change clients will be notified 30 days in advance for regarding same.
14) Time of treatment commencement will be calculated from day initial aligners are delivered.
